Ripples and reflections;
Coupled with glistening clouds.
Yearning to behold the rarity,
I beam with felicity.
How I envy the smoky clouds,
Bespeckled with the golden dust,
For being in proximity,
To the one whom I desire to touch.
And soak in it’s grandeur.
How I envy the smoky clouds,
Bespeckled with the golden dust,
For being in proximity,
To the one whom I desire to touch.
And soak in it’s grandeur.
I have signed up for Blogging From A – Z Challenge April. Today is Day 6. The above picture is from Assam, on the banks of Brahmaputra river. The mighty sun is all set to melt into the horizon.

I envy the crowds in this photograph as well.
A great picture and the lines have done complete justice to it. Beautiful… 🙂
Beautiful lines as well as pic. 🙂
Lovely poem, and an equally beautiful picture.
Loved the image!!
Both the picture and the poem are delightful.
My favourite words in this : “In proximity, to the one whom I desire” – after all we're connected by the same elements! Beautiful!
Cheers,
Deepa
